The crane manufacturers dictate the measurements of the signage and the authorized installation areas on the crane according to the parameters of the crane configuration – height, length of the front and back arm and counterweights. Deviation from the manufacturer’s definitions, such as installing wind sails that deviate from its instructions, impacts crane stability, crane arm rotation speed and braking force, thus posing a safety hazard that endangers the crane’s balance.
