A partnership between Tidhar Group, Israel Canada, Acro Real Estate, and Hof Hatchelet over a total area of 60,000 square metres aims to establish a complex of offices, commercial space, and residential units adjacent to Microsoft’s campus in Herzliya.

The project, which is set to expand into additional areas, will be among the largest developments built in Israel in recent years.

Two side screens installed on a JASO 190J crane provide a large, highly visible advertising space seen from afar. Facing an open area and located above a busy road travelled by workers from the bustling industrial zone, the project offers high exposure for the developers and contractor, capturing the attention of passing drivers.
