Adjacent to the G City complex, a 34-storey office tower is being constructed on an area of approximately 34 dunams, which will also include commercial spaces.

Located at a major intersection in a busy shopping area visited throughout the day and evening, the project features three wraparound screens on STL cranes.

These screens display the project partners, Minrav and G City. Highly visible both day and night, in any weather, the screens provide extensive and high-quality exposure.
